Mr. GOPAL KRISHAN AGGARWAL was non-resident INDIAN from 1988 -2001.He did not see his love flowers growing for thirteen years. However he lived it because he knew love is patient and kind, not boastful. He knew love is a package of thorns and blooms. He knew love is devotion, the truest and the deepest emotion. Love gives a reason to smile.

He knew many rivers cannot quench love, neither can floods drown it. He was genious enough to know you can give without loving, but you cannot love without giving. It was not possible for him to stay back when he could not talk to his loved ones for four days due to breakdown of communication lines, after the earthquake that struck Gujrat on 26th of January 2001 at 7.00 AM while the whole country was celebrating the national day. He left for INDIA without any lock stock or barrel and joined his LOVE forever.

He found ways and means of helping families of non residents, whether they are non residents in INDIA or ABROAD.
